Annual Report

The Annual Report is not only a report of the accountability of the Directors and Board of Commissioners in managing and supervising Issuers or Public Companies to the GMS, but is also an important source of information for investors or shareholders, including foreign investors or shareholders in making investment decisions and controlling facilities for holders shares of the Issuer or Public Company. In addition, the Annual Report is also one source of information for regulators in conducting surveillance in an effort to protect the interests of investors or shareholders.

In order to improve the quality of information disclosure by Issuers or Public Companies in the Annual Report of Issuers or Public Companies and in accordance with POJK Number 29 / POJK.04 / 2016 concerning Annual Reports of Issuers or Public Companies, Bank Sumut annually submits the Annual Report presented below.
