Born in Medan on October 22, 1980, he earned his Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Central Queensland University.

Appointed as President Commissioner in September 2025, he brings extensive leadership experience and a robust professional network to the Board. He is deeply involved in several strategic organizations, currently serving as:

  • Chairman of the North Sumatra Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN North Sumatra).

  • Active Member of the Indonesian Palm Oil Association (GAPKI).

  • Active Member of Junior Chamber International (JCI), LOM Medan.

In his capacity as President Commissioner, he serves as the lead for independent oversight. His primary objective is to ensure management accountability to all stakeholders while guaranteeing that Bank Sumut is managed with the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, and adherence to the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Born in Medan on June 6, 1972, he holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Government Studies from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, providing him with a profound understanding of public administration and regional financial systems.

Appointed as Non-Independent Commissioner in December 2025, he brings a distinguished track record of leadership across high-level government and corporate institutions, including:

  • Director General of Regional Financial Management at the Ministry of Home Affairs.

  • Independent Commissioner at PT Asuransi Jiwa TASPEN.

  • Member of the Board of Commissioners and Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee at PT Transportasi Jakarta (TransJakarta).

Strategic Mandate: As a Non-Independent Commissioner, he serves as a strategic supervisor and a key representative of the shareholders (Regional Government). His primary role is to ensure that the Board of Directors' policies remain aligned with regional interests and economic development visions, while strictly adhering to sound banking principles.

He acts as a vital communication bridge between the bank’s management and the government, ensuring that Bank Sumut delivers tangible contributions to Regional Original Revenue (PAD) and the overall prosperity of the North Sumatra community, all while maintaining rigorous compliance with OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations.

Born in Medan on August 20, 1980, and currently residing in his hometown, he is a visionary leader with a deep technical and analytical foundation. He holds a complete academic trifecta from the University of North Sumatra (USU), spanning a Bachelor’s in Mathematics, a Master’s in Computer Science, and a Doctorate (PhD) in Computer Science.

Professional Certifications: To complement his academic prowess, he holds prestigious professional certifications, including:

  • Procurement of Goods and Services Certification from the Indonesian Procurement Specialists Association (IAPI).

  • Risk Management Certification & Re-certification from the Indonesia Risk Management Certification Body (BSMR).

Professional Journey: His career at Bank Sumut is a testament to long-term dedication and internal growth. Starting in August 2004 within the Financial Administration Division, he spent nearly a decade (2004–2013) honing his expertise in Information Technology and Accounting.

His leadership trajectory saw him taking on pivotal roles across various strategic functions:

  • IT Division: 2013 – 2018 & 2019.

  • Funding & Services Division: 2018 – 2019.

  • Operational Division: 2019 – 2022 (spanning two consecutive terms).

  • Head of Funding & Services: September 2022 – January 2026.

Following his exceptional performance and strategic contributions, he was officially appointed as the President Director of PT Bank Sumut on January 23, 2026.

Mandate & Strategic Vision: As the President Director, he serves as the chief architect of the bank’s strategy, acting as the primary engine for regional economic growth. His leadership focuses on harmonizing high profitability with the rigorous standards of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

His mandate involves formulating long-term business policies, overseeing risk management, and ensuring strict compliance with OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations. Under his stewardship, Bank Sumut is committed to maintaining financial health to maximize dividend contributions to the Provincial and Regional Governments.
