Overview of the Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Sumut

The General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) is a forum for shareholders to make important decisions of Bank SUMUT, taking into account the provisions of the Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations. Decisions taken at the GMS are based on the business interests of Bank SUMUT in the long term.

Based on the Articles of Association of Bank SUMUT, the GMS consists of the Annual GMS and the Extraordinary GMS. Annual GMS is held annually no later than 6 (six) months after the end of the financial year and Extraordinary GMS can be held at any time if deemed necessary by the Board of Directors at the written request of the Board of Commissioners or from shareholders based on the need for the interests of Bank SUMUT.
