To regulate the function of planning, implementing and supervising the procurement of goods/services so that they are in accordance with the functions, rights and obligations as well as accelerating the process of meeting the needs of goods/services so that the implementation can be carried out efficiently, effectively, transparently and accountably is the intent and purpose of the issuance of Bank Regulations. SUMUT No. 006/Dir/Dum-ULP/PBS/2019 dated November 22, 2019. as a guideline for the Procurement of Goods/Services within PT. Bank of North Sumatra.

All PT. Bank SUMUT must meet ethics to work professionally and independently on the basis of honesty and avoid and prevent conflicts of interest from related parties in the process of procuring goods/services.
